IN PRATICA #3 | ANDREA ROMANO

Saturday 1 April 2017, on occasion of the twenty- second edition of miart – the Milan international exhibition of modern and contemporary art -, the third event of the project IN PRATICA, is to be inaugurated. This cycle of exhibitions, curated by Rischa Paterlini, will be hosted by lawyer Giuseppe Iannaccone, featured among a part of his personal collection of contemporary art, and set within a dedicated area of his legal firm.

Following the introduction of artists Davide Monaldi and Luca De Leva, IN PRATICA will propose, a continuous comparison between the works of established international artists and those of talented, yet still unknown, emerging artists invited to the event to create site-specific projects.

The Andrea Romano exhibition, accompanied by a catalogue, edited by Mousse Publishing, will be open for visits at Mr Iannaccone’s law firm from 2 April to 10 October 2017, by appointment only, for small groups.

Opening Saturday 1 April, upon invitation and reservation only.

The artistic work of Andrea Romano (Milan, 1984) develops through drawings and sculpture means, and eventually in combination between them. His research born from his interests for  ambiguous and subliminal aspects of our relationship with the images. Moreover, his study and explores the mechanisms that justify what we call art and the values that are commonly attached to it.
